The Story Behind the Name: JR Works
JR Works was born out of a simple observation: remodeling a home or running a jobsite shouldn't be a headache. For years, Jason and Rhonda Eddington watched East Texas homeowners and contractors get caught in the same exhausting cycle — buying flooring at one store, tile at another, hunting down adhesive and trim halfway across the county, and then hoping to find an installer who actually showed up.
They asked themselves a straightforward question: Why can’t East Texas have one place that does it all? A premier design showroom for homeowners to be inspired, a dedicated contractor supply warehouse stocked with pro-grade materials, and a trusted, skilled installation crew to bring it all across the finish line.
That vision became JR Works — named after Jason and Rhonda themselves. Based right here in Gladewater, JR Works represents their commitment to honest advice, quality materials, and genuine East Texas hospitality.

Rhonda runs the showroom experience — helping homeowners compare flooring, tile, and finishes and make confident decisions for their homes. Her one-on-one guidance turns an overwhelming remodel into a clear, manageable plan.
